Rep. Panetta Introduces Resolution on Health Care Consumer Protections

WASHINGTON -- Rep. Jimmy Panetta, D-Calif., has introduced a resolution (H.Res. 212) "expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that any legislation to repeal the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act should include a replacement for such Act that includes certain health care consumer protections."
The resolution was introduced on March 20. It was referred to the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
